I’ve had a few breeds of ducks over the years, but only have Calls now.

What area of Ohio are you in? I have a friend near the Marietta Ohio area looking to rehome his flock of call ducks, if you might be interested. I just south of the WV/Ohio line.

I am 18 miles East of Columbus in Pataskala, Ohio. I have the 4 little drakes right now and 1 bigger drake. I also have the 9 bigger hens. I am about at my limit but boy do I love the Calls. I just think with all of the drakes I have the females would get over mated. Thanks so much for telling my about your friend. That sounds sooooooo tempting!!!!

Luckily with this warm spell, they’ve got time to integrate and acclimate before the next deep freeze. They were sooooo happy, I wish I had taken my camera out with me
They were trying hard but couldn’t quite navigate the jump into the pool to try swimming yet, but like quackers, they seemed content just dipping their beaks from the sidelines
