Margo is in Trouble

Pics
Well, it wasn’t good. Margo is very weak. I thought she was going to die in my lap, but when I dropped cool water on her beak she sipped it in and woke up. It’s also warmer than expected today, which doesn’t help. I did my usual fan/mister stuff I do on hot days while I was there.
Margo did accept some egg yolk, her favorite treat, but will not drink or eat anything else on her own.
When she was looking very poorly, some flock mates were starting to crowd and show interest, so I left her in the mini coop, still with her friends, but she’ll have the opportunity to finish the egg yolk if she chooses and if she passes, they won’t maul her.
If she is still with us after work, and I intend to leave early and take some vacation time, I will tube feed her later. I’ll need help with that. I 60cc syringes, aquarium tubing, and kaytee exact baby bird formula. Do I need distilled water?

Feel her crop.
She may have been eating all day while you were at work.

Here’s Margo in my lap. It got worse than this. When I set her down, she just laid with her face on the dirt. I realized she might die right then and picked her back up to die in my arms. A few friends started crowding around, which is exactly what happened the moment Rusty died (they started attacking her). I figured it wouldn’t hurt to drop some water on her beak and she responded, so I offered egg yolk. She wanted the egg yolk, but it was difficult to let her eat with the others scrambling (she wanted to get away from their advances), so I closed her in the mini coop/run area with water, feed and egg yolk. She hobbled about just a little and was standing when I left. I’m a little scared to see what I find when I get home.

I'm so sorry she has deteriorated. :hugs I'm starting to half wonder about it being Marek's. Her neck looks slightly contorted in that video which reminds me of the way some of my Marek's birds go towards the end and she has been exhibiting lameness. How old is she?
I can't imagine how worried you must be with her in this state and your rapidly approaching trip away must be making it ten times worse. I so wish we could think of something that we could all agree on to help make her better. I feel like we have been giving you conflicting advice and you have felt compromised about which to follow.

Thank you. Margo is still with us and I just saw her poop this:
