One of the hens has spurs. How weird is that? They're out here tearing up some fodder I sprouted in the bathroom.

Few days of crazyness. Trailer has been reset on a more substantial concrete slab and secured. Have been working on fencing non stop. Still no where near done but plugging away at it between dodging monsoon storms. Chicks are all doing well. Goofy banty hen has gone broody... only thing she might hatch out are a duckling or two. Still looking for a bantam roo to go with the two hens. Did manage to get a pair of speckled Sussex from a guy I know. Soo nice to have a roo crowing in the am again
