May Hatch Thread--Fill up those bators n' broodies!

Ive got 14 due to hatch on the fith i think most of them are red sussex

I just put 3 eggs in my homemade incubator. Im not getting my hopes up since this is my first time and i know alto can go wrong. my eggs are due to hatch may 6th.

Good luck to everyone hatching next month! Today is day 5 for me. I'm trying to sit on my hands and not candle till Thursday. Why is it so hard? This is my first time trying a dry incubation with my Genesis 1588 hova-bator. Anyone else doing dry? My humidity is between 30-35%, temps are between 99.5 and 100. I'm so worried about screwing something up and nothing will hatch.

I have 12 buckeye chicks in the bator due May 4th. Hopefully I won't kill them this time. Yikes!

Man, that it's the most protective broody I've ever had! One of the horses was trying to sniff her babies and she went ninja on his nose. Poor Mouse, no blood drawn though. Just some hurt feelings. Glad to see I shouldn't have to worry about her babies!

I have a mini too. 28 years old. 3 time top ten national A division. I can't take credit for that though. He was originally my SIL as a teenager. Friendliest horse ever.

I have a staggered hatch going on the 3rd lot of eggs to hatch is due the 1st of May
