Michigan Chickenstock 2010 updated 3/13

I am trying to come up with ideas of some things to do that might help occupy the children who will be attending. One idea I had was to purchase several dozen plastic eggs and fill them with candy. Bluemoon and her daughter have volunteered to come early and hide the eggs around the park. Then at the announced time the little guys could have an egg hunt.

If anyone else has an idea for an activity for kids that they could put on we could make the affair more enjoyable for the little guys.

I will be there most likely, hopefully with the BYC banner and some fun goodies for ya'll like last year.

I'm open to any and all ideas. I don't remember what the guidelines were for the gift exchange. If someone could let me know I will post it. Better still would be someone who would want to run it the day of the event. When we get a little closer I will be posting an itinery of events. Like Chickenstock 10am-3pm+, kids egg hunt 11am, lunch 12pm and so on

What about having a Tudy colouring contest

I am sure we could come up with a few prizes

I can bring a few packs of crayons and print off a doz or so of the tudys,

or a craft corner.. I have a ton of spare craft gizmos lying around

OOO another idea.... a treasure hunt..

The sounds great but what is a trudy? I think it's probably some kind of kids game but you have to realize my youngest child it probably older than many of you so I am out of practice with stuff for little people.
