Hmm shade, didn't think of that other than a sheet to cover my chicken cage.

I do have a small beach umbrella. But I think that means I'll have to sit on the ground to use it. Maybe I better go get it out and see how big/tall it actually is. LOL

Bring chairs and a shade source.
If you are bringing birds or expect to take some home, be sure to bring food, waterers and something to keep the birds secure while you are there.

Okay everyone who is going to Chickenstock....I can't come but am donating 2 decorated pysanky eggs to the raffle.

Mish will be bringing them for me, I dropped them off to her today.

Opa posted some pics recently of the eggs that I sent him back from his banty eggs he shared with me. If anyone else in interested in doing the same, I'll swap one finished pysanka from YOUR chick, duck, fowl whatever...for a minimum of two dozen eggs (the more eggs, the more detailed the pysanka!).

I am still looking for eggs for my artwork...so if anyone has any extra eggs, non-fertile, non-hatching ANYTHING, any KIND, any BREED, any COLOR and you want to get rid of them....Mish said she will bring them home for me.

Wow, how exciting! I only wish I could be there. I just found out about this and already have plans I cannot cancel, but would love to come next time. I think there were 170 people signed in and a few that didn't sign the book.
