Michigan Right to Farm Law, what does it mean?

If people would do more fighting outside the courtroom, more good would be done, I believe. For far too long, these dimwits have had the money (and power) to drag people into court over such frivolous things as this. It's far cheaper to have it out in the street. It's just that the minions-who-would-be-god know they're likely to get their butts kicked for trying to tyrannize the general public, so they hide behind their titles/badges/desks.

In my home State of WV, they call it Dueling. And, to be fair? True 'West by God Virginians' do tend to do that just a bit too quickly, and entirely too well, for the State to allow us to legally resolve our disputes in such quick and decisive manner ... still works quite well for me ~'-)

But, I responded primarily to say that I love your signature ...

Haha....I hardly mean dueling, more knuckle-and-skull. And I primarily meant that there was a day when people stood on their own two feet, minded their own business, and personally handled those who infringed on them. Now, we run file charges or some such nonsense.

Here's how I see it: Don't like your neighbor's chickens? Go talk to him about them. Feeling nosy/froggy? Tell him rudely that he's gonna have to get rid of them. If you want to be a bully, hike your baggy britches and be a bully, if you've got what it takes. Why involve the morons at city hall in your stupidity? It would only be a matter of time before such people were dealt with, and society would be the better for it.

As to my signature, a quick look will reveal that the Founding Fathers wouldn't have stood for some sissy who couldn't get over their neighbor having a few chickens.

Here, in the State of WV? Callin' a man outside to 'have a talk' when my 'talking' isn't w/ too many words *is* dueling, as is his accepting my invitation, should he be aware that we're not really gonna talk about our differences any further.

And, our founding father mighta surprised you, in that they most probably woulda died to protect either side of that argument, with the deciding factor being which one was within their legal and moral right: The strength of the wrong will never make them right, no matter how weak their advesary may be. That's why I have no tolerance for bullies. <-- period ~'-)

Hey everybody. I just wanted to share this link to a video that has been done about our farm and our Michigan Right to Farm case that is coming up on November 20 and 21 in the Marquette County Circuit Court in Marquette, MI in the Upper Peninsula. We appreciate the support that we have received as well as all of the work that you people are doing in regards to the Ag Commission and the proposed amendments to the GAAMP's, etc. Keep up the good work!

I would love to send a note to the township, and have others who have inquired how after I shared your video - I'm sure I can 'google' it, but it would be nice to know it's getting to the right place...

ShadyGrove - can you pass along name/address that you feel would be most beneficial with regards to hearing from 'us' ??

Thank you and best of luck - we're fighting with you, even if we can't be there in person!!
