Michigan Right to Farm Law, what does it mean?

My revised court date is set for Tuesday November 13 at 10:30 in 21st District Court, Garden City.
This is another "final pre-trial" hearing. The prosecuting attorney is different from the first one who was going to "make an example" of me. So we shall see what takes place this time.

A second chicken keeper is also scheduled for the same time while the third person's case has been moved to the city of Wayne. It appears that the prosecution is attempting a divide and conquer tactic.

The Friday after is the brainstorming session with the MDARD attorney in Howell.

Is the person from the MDARD an attorney? I didn't have that impression from speaking with her, but I could be wrong...
Her job titles are State Assistant Administrator and Risk Communications Specialist. I'd prefer that she were an attorney, because then we could go over the GAAMP and RTF with her and she would be more likely to understand some things that she seems genuinely confused about, such as the ways that the changes to the Site Selection GAAMPS newly affect even commercial farms.

Jail time for WHAT??? I declare the folks on the town council must have so much hair on their chests they have a hard time setting up to the dinner table to eat.It takes GUTS to go after those violent chicken owners. Of all the stupid things. Some people really need a good clout on the head. What do these morons do on their days off? Sit in the Walmart parking lot and take names? Real intelligent folks, I'd say. How's the crime rate in your area? If chicken owners are on their hit list, it must be a very safe, or very boring place to live.

Well, it's not exactly the council as much as it is the "royal" mayor who has an agenda and has his pal, the city prosecutor. Both of whom seem to be adept at manipulating the council and suppressing the voice of the citizenry. Of course, I have a somewhat jaded opinion of these proceedings.

Even though I have been "asked" to leave the city and move to the country and have been threatened with the same jail term as shop-lifters and drunk drivers, I am going to take this case as far as I possibly can. There are also a few other people in the city that are facing the same situation. Some of them are frightened by the legal machine and are likely to give in.

I choose to fight for my rights.
And that has been anything but "safe" or "boring".

Can you provide links to where you've outlined the details of your cause, and to specific violations that you've alledgedly committed, so I can give this a closer look?

If people would do more fighting outside the courtroom, more good would be done, I believe. For far too long, these dimwits have had the money (and power) to drag people into court over such frivolous things as this. It's far cheaper to have it out in the street. It's just that the minions-who-would-be-god know they're likely to get their butts kicked for trying to tyrannize the general public, so they hide behind their titles/badges/desks.

I've responded to your request for information with my own for additional details, which you've still not supplied ... even the provision of so much as moral support requires us to know whether you are w/in your own legal rights, which requires close review of those under which you live.

At this point, I can only guess that your circumstances do not fall w/in the protections of this Act, which I sorta boiled down in another post (a link to which can be found w/in the quote inserted below ~'-)
