I was looking at your eggs. what amazing work!! I was wondering, do you make up your own designs or are there traditional patterns handed down? I make polymer clay eggs, but they are not as complex as yours for sure! Very nice.Hey all.
Anyone who I contacted before about eggs...or any new folk who may not know I will be at chickenstock and will buy past prime eggs, or any eggs of the following:
Goose, turkey, blue or whie duck, guinea and blue or green chicken OR spotted eggs. Serama and silkie as well.
Anything basically except white or brown chix.
If you have a lot please contact me so I can prepare.
As long as they aren't ripe (LOL) I'm interested.
Haven't been on for awhile. Sold my house, mom got sick and had to care for her ( she's fine now) had sons wedding inOregon and am moving tomorrow!!! BUT I will be at chickenstock next week with pysanky eggs and eggshell jewelry. And eggs for the raffle!
See ya all soon
It looks like a hen, but our black Ameraucana did not lay her first egg until almost one year old.Can anyone tell me if this is a hen or cockerel? Its a lavender ameraucana.

need a saddle pic? The base tail feathers would be showing sex for sure. Long thin and pointy for boy, short and blunt for girl. Comb is kind of red, usually i think americanas are longer to wait for lay. Friendly intelligent eyes, nice color so all hope is not lost if it is a boy; purebreeds are easier to adopt and lavendar is still a buyable color.
Speeking of pure breeds, i saw 3 rusdian orloff boys at auction sat!!! And doves finally! None for me. I was just there to peek and grin. Can't house any more boys, and the doves were tan and i want a chocolate or blue. Once the trailer is more finished i can pursue an indoor dove aviary. I have been wishing though. No more chickens for a while for me i think, i am down to my breeding quad plus my little mini d'uccle roo and his sussex girl. Only doves inside for now! I miss waking up to my little roo but he gets sun and breezes now. I still hope to find a girl his size though! But still no sign of breeding (i almost lost him last summer and he hasn't bred since) no biggie i just hope he is happy .
That's pretty crappy of the seller if they did sell ya roos after that kind of drive.
Myself as a breeder i do all in my power to sell what I advretise no matter how far someone comes or who they are. Word of mouth can be ur best friend or worse enemy. Plus being a breeder a honest breeder should always be number 1
