It's super warm here too, 52 degrees, heat wave. Got my Onion starts and first row of lettuce in.

it’s super warm here too, the ducks have been foraging all day but still they don’t understand they don’t have to be right next to me to entire day ignore the muddy “duck boots”

khaki hen closest to me, then rouen hen, and then khaki drake at the end. no special or cool breeds but they are my babies lol

I saw the funniest thing this afternoon.
I have 4 ducks, 1 drake and 3 hens.
The drake decided to mount one of the girls. He missed the target at first and repositioned himself. His second try found the right spot. But then he slipped off of the female and turned turtle on the ground. So there he is, flat on his back with his little duck dick pointing to the sky. Funniest thing I've ever seen.

Spring flowers are best! I love the progression of blooms on our spring bulbs and the flowering trees and shrubs. Must plant more!!!
