I can’t tell you if a chicken has coccidiosis or not. A fecal float done by your vet on some collected droppings is the beat way to know if that is what is causing those droppings. You can safely treat with Corid if you want to, or get some droppings checked. Chickens who look unthrifty, puffed up, lethargic, and having diarrhea can have coccidiosis. It usually affects young chicks 3-6 weeks old more commonly, or an adult chicken who has poor immunity. You could also try worming them with Valbazen or SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer.
