If a bird has too much white would it be a good idea to breed it to birds who have less? or should i cull it?

Too much white is AWESOME in MFL! I LOVE more white speckles!

Anyone else have trouble selling these locally? They are so rare that no one seems to know what to make of them. I am constantly explaining that they are not Bantams.

I don't have an experienced opinion or anything, as I just barely started with my MFLs, but I think yours are pretty! Where did you get your starting stock from?

I had eggs shipped from lovinbluechickens with good results and had chicks shipped from papa brooder. I must say of the two, the ones I hatched from lovinbluechickens are my favorite. The hen in the pic is from those eggs.

There is someone in Aurora Indiana who has MFL - I've not seen a lot of their birds, just one picture of fairly young bird, but it's worth a shot to see some more of their birds, etc -- I've been trying to talk myself out of getting any so I haven't actually been in touch with them yet -- they are "craigslist birds", but you never know when you'll find the hidden gems there. http://indianapolis.craigslist.org/grd/5186696413.html
