I do schlep a hose daily. If I had to do it from the house, I would. Luckily the hydrant wasn't froze for long. I just have to remember to drain the hose and disconnect it from the hydrant. LOL

The Hutchinson Poultry show is on Oct 26-27. The Hutchinson Pigeon show is on Nov 9th. There is also a smaller poultry show in New Ulm on Nov. 23-24th.

Anyone going to Hutch this weekend? I plan on going if I don't have to work. I don't show but I like to look around and maybe find something to bring home.

My mom and I will be there... Have 54 birds entered so already have the first bunch in the house for baths. Its our state meet for the silkies, but we also have bantam faverolles, polish, and 10 ducks entered.

I need to find you!! My daughter wants bantam Favs to show next year! I too will be starting to wash mine tomorrow. What kind of ducks do you have?
