Looks like a Blue Andalusian to me. The body shape fits and I’m pretty sure I see white earlobes.

I think it's a Whiting true blue or prairie bluebell egger. Comb seems way too small for Andalusian and I don't see white earlobes. Her build is far too light for a Sapphire Gem.

Im leaning toward Andalusian now,but there is a possibility of prairie bluebell egger because I know those were in the store at the time.

I agree with what JedJackson said. I forgot about the possibility of a colored egger, and I think that's likely what she is. She also looks like she doesn't have a single comb, which points to that even more. Could you possibly snap a comb photo?

That's definitely not a single comb, which would mean she's not a Blue Andalusian. I think its something like a pea comb, and that means she's some sort of Egger, like a Prairie Bluebell Egger, like already suggested.

Well unless she changes as she grows my final conclusion is Prairie Bluebell egger.
