I suppose what I need to know is can she get better? If it's mg I know that she'll have it for life, and also that I would have to close my flock, but can she recover from it or do I have to cull?
Thanks got the response, it hasn't been confirmed through testing but I did contact the lab to see if I can send in a sampleI must have missed that they was already confirmed testing done, my bad.
eta: I read back.
I see nothing mentioned about having MG confirmed yet.
Thanks, I will contact our vet and see if they have anything! She is treating for MG (mycoplasma gallisepticum) with Tylan and terramycin ointment (oxytetracycline.) Sometimes there can be secondary infection with E.coli which won’t respond to the Terramycin. Your vet might help with an eye drop or ointment for that. Neosporin ointment is usually not used in the eye, but I have used it in chickens, and it will treat E.coli. But your vet has better eyedrops, so if available, I might go that route.

Great! Thanks everyone! Took her to the vet and got an oral medicine that cleared her eye up! Everyone's been moved out to the coop and doing well!
