I'm Lovin your chicks. Is the first one a Lavender? It's color is identical to my Lav.Orps, lovin it on a D'Uccle. The other two are cute too, especially # 2. I just had my D'Uccle/Langshans Hatch. Too sweet. Mama Serama Betty went broody so I let her keep a few eggs, Serama/D'Uccle mixes. We'll see what comes out.

those are pretty

have a question though. looking at the dad's legs are they crusted over with raised scales? if so then you need to treat for leg mites on the whole flock, i hope that its not leg mites i hate those little pest and i need to go treat mine again for leg mites and make sure they are gone now for the fair thats coming up

Oh, I want one. Why do you have to live in Louisiana? Are they hard to come by? I would like to end up with Porcelaine someday too. Right now I have 2 Golden Necked Hens, 1 Mille Fleur Hen, 1 Pullet, and 1 Mille Fleur Cockerel (getting to be a roo slowly) he's on the bottom of the pecking order right now.

all of my d'uccle came from ideal hatchery except for my porcelain she came from a breeder off of here. i'm working on getting all the colors i have from breeders to show them one day. right now i have 1 porcelain pullet, 1 lavender rooster, 1 golden neck pullet, 1 golden neck cockerel, 1 blue mille cockerel, 1 mille cockerel, and then 4 of the baby lavenders. i can't wait to get some more eggs from breeders to hatch out just don't know when that will be though
