You may be right. I thought U/non-U was also word choice but I may be wrong. I wasn’t really meaning it was literally U/non-U, just the same concept of classifying and pin-pointing people’s class by their behavior.

No I think you are right. It is better for a discussion if we are all at the same place. Someone tell me which chapter we are on. I might still read at my own pace but I would like to have a common discussion.

That won't hold good once they leave the Euphrosyne. Be a different painting all together.

I've not dropped in because I was behind and didn't want spoilers.
I think I've caught up now and would love to discuss a chapter a week. I'm finding this book difficult to retain and discussing chapter by chapter will help me get more out of it I think.
