Wonderfully done, and it suits her so well !
The clinic we have taken Caramel and Piou-piou to has a business model I don't really like, but they do good work. The owner is a renowned vet who keeps getting new training and specializations. He has a co-owner, a few specialized associates who come a few days a weeks, and then a team of young vets who work there one or two years before moving on to get the training and the experience. They probably have long hours and low wages.
It's organized like a big venture with online reservations, a lot of communication and social media, and they have all the latest equipment, but they manage to stay human and attentive at the same times. The vet techs who handle the standard and the reception have worked there forever, and they are wonderful both with animals and people.
They pride themselves on staying independent even though they have grown very big. Through their social media they show how the money is invested : two years ago they became a ressource center for palliative and pain management in animals, last year they opened a wild life rehab center after getting the training, and this year they are looking to acquire land to have a pond for aquatic wild life rehab.
I would definitely prefer to have someone you can really trust like Dr Mark or Shadrach's Gloria. But I do feel safe if we have to take our animals there, and if you need an emergency visit, they often go out of their way to make it possible.
Also, one of the thing I noticed through their customer reviews and really appreciated was that the owner had quarantined himself inside the clinic during our first two months very strict COVID lockdown.
