That looks like it will work. It sure will make integration easier. I love the tree stumps but why remove them. I would leave them in for entertainment purposes.

I was thinking of deconstructiing the ramp to encourage the pullets to find the front door with the bigger hens. I'd keep the stumps in there for sure because they're such good playthings, but they wouldn't be forming a ramp.
