MJ's little flock

Good morning. I’ll be popping into this thread occasionally, too. For now I’m committed to Bob’s, but will be coming by the other three threads, that include this one. Did I say that slready? How do you all keep track of what you’ve said on which thread? :lau
Oh we don't. I think of it like a family holiday get-together - we are chatting about something in the living room, but then someone volunteers to do the dishes so some of us go in and chat in the kitchen while others stay in the dining room and the conversation evolves.
It is actually way less confusing than it seems. I don't even try and tell which of the 4 I am on. I guess I wander from room to room.
A big thank you to all of you for being my BYC family. :love :love

That is a very apt analogy!

Tribe 2 down at the donkey shed. The problem is, in the heat they head through that fence down the slope, accross the field and into the flood gully that runs down the side of the field. The predators use that gully.

Can't beat a donkey midden if you're a chicken.....and people worry about what commercial feed to give them.:lol:View attachment 2215480
Mmmmm donkey poop smorgasbord! Deeelicious.

This morning's breakfast is made very special through the teacup. For one thing, I've only just taken in the story of Mrs ByBobs stroke and when I look at the rose, she comes to mind. Secondly, this teacup is a 'souvenir' of my cousin's wedding. She's more of a close friend than a cousin, so the teacup carries much meaning. It's vintage rather than antique and it's a piece of Noritake from their Alberta range.

Today's eggs were provided by unknown freerange hens living on Kangaroo Island where there are no foxes. I'm using up a few of the shop bought eggs from a couple of weeks ago.

Rose categorically loves that tea cup. It is beautiful. I hope you enjoyed the breakfast.
