How did you get rid of a infestation that bad?When we bought our house it was infested with cockroaches. At night the outdoor laundry wall was so covered in them it was like the wall was moving. Now THAT would have been the time to have chickens!

How did you get rid of a infestation that bad?
We baited, sprayed and bombed. We didn’t have pets then. Even then, they kept getting into our kitchen cupboards as the insides were unfinished and had holes everywhere.

It was like something out of the Bible. And yes a very large flock of chickens would be needed. We would sit on the porch and shoot them off the trees with a .22 rifle as they were in profile on the tree trunk. We shot all afternoon one day and never ran out of targets.Wow! Scary.
You'd need a really big flock of chickens to deal with that!
