I love the cup but that little milk jug truly delights my soul. Everything about it is just perfect: colour, design, shape, size. Brilliant!

Do you like what you do? Sometimes schedule doesn't hurt as much if you thrive in your work.

I like my job reasonably well and am paid ok (not great but ok) for what I am doing, I prefer working weekends because the crew is smaller. There are things about the company I work for, a company I use to love, that are really starting to bother me. Some have to do with a mom and pop business growing at the absolutely explosive speed we have and some are more HR related. I am a production sewer in a manufacturing facility. When I was hired 16 months ago the entire company was about 25 people including new the hires, about 8 that year. We now have 89.

Not at all!

It sounds like growing pains. If the expansion stops, they'll be in a position to improve within. Hopefully that's not too far off. In the meantime is there a way of voicing your concerns such that yoyr feedback gers converted into action?

Yes and no. Until this is once again not my only source of income I am in head down sneaky mama bear mode
