I'm missing her today myself. it's funny, I never expected to miss her like this. That little peck on my thigh for walnuts. That's what I miss.

If I miss her despite her meaness, that must mean I'll miss Aurora too some day.

Today a course of lincospectin will be started to clear up some of Janet's congestion. It goes into the hens' water for about a week and I'd rather not separate her from her friends, so the whole flock will consume it. According to Mark the vet, it's been six months since they last had a course, so he's willing to provide it.
