MJ's little flock

You could add ten hops for each leg. I do these and the balance on one leg, good for core strength.
There is a body swing sometimes taught in Tai Chi that is excellent for the spine and loosening the shoulders. It does have a name but I can't remember what it is.
I'll give the hops a try but I might be too unstable for it.
 
All the posts are up and all the props are down.

On Saturday the builder's coming back to tidy up and in the meantime the props will be picked up and we're expecting a quote from the renderer.
