Thanks for the invite...I wish I could come!

I might consider a road trip down there but my first day of conceal and carry class is that day.

I'd go for a gathering (maybe even host one) this summer if anyone is interested...keep me posted.

ChickenAddict - You wouldn't happen to have a black or blue bantam cochin roo, would you? If so, consider him SOLD! I have 6 black bantam cochin girls (flat and frizzled) and a #*%$ hawk got my only roo!

Here are some on my possible sale/swap birds:

1 pr bantam buff brahmas They are Spring '08 hatch

1 bantam birchen cochin roo Spring '08 hatch (lost my hens)

2 mystery roos (I'll try and get a pic up to figure out what they are)

several white silkie roos

I'll have to go stand in the coop tonight and figure out what else I might have.

What I'd love, more than life is a LF BLRW hen, or a GLW hen....

Birds available for swap:

Manymanymany button quail babies, ranging from fuzzies to mostly fledged babies. Also a couple adult males I'd be willing to rehome.

Four Coturnix quail - unsexed, two fledgies and two fuzzies.

I'm going to try to get some paper boxes from work for people who want to take birds home.

I have several moving boxes with handles that I will bring for people as well.

I am so excited!

Oh, and I'm sure we will be leaving with at least 1 fuzzy baby quail, since my son has been obsessing about them (and I refused to buy 2 dozen)
