Molting

When to chickens molt is after a certain age or time of year. I have had this hens since last summer but have not notice any molting or did I miss it?

Hi,

You may not have missed it. Some birds will molt only once a year, or once every two years. It just depends on the bird. I have two pullets hatched last spring that haven't molted yet.
