Most prolific cold hardy BLUE egg layers pls?

Hi Poultry people!
Can anyone tell me which breed
is the most prolific BLUE egg layer pls?
Is it Ameraucana's? I live in
Maine & it hits -20 here in Winter.

True Ameraucana would probably be your best bet. Cream Legbars are also fantastic producers of huge blue eggs, but their large single combs could be at risk in such temperatures.

Ever considered Whiting True Blues?

My Ameraucana does just fine in the winter. She is a bit smaller/lighter weight than some of the other birds I have, but the cold hasn't seemed to negatively impacted her and she is a consistent layer the rest of the year. She was however the slowest to mature of the various breeds I had and the last to lay her first ever egg.

we've had below 0 wind chills here so far this year and my whitings are holding up quite well to their first winter- no frostbite, and very pretty, just on the edge of large eggs. They've only been laying a month though so I expect they may actually make large regularly in a few weeks.
