Hey! Thank you! How I came up with it was a neighbor a few houses down from me has 3 chickens he keeps. Chickens aren't allow in our neighborhood, but honestly you would never had known he has them, until one got loose one day. He uses them for eggs. But, one them got loose again and she was living behind our backyard fence. Jill our oldest golden knew something was behind there, the way she would sniff the air. My father looked behind the fence one day as saw the chicken sitting in a nest she had made. She alright because she had water and all the bugs she could eat and shelter because it is a nice wooded area. I always wanted a chicken this was as close as I was going to get to owning one. Long story short it's so dark behind our fence and the chicken was a dark red coloring that all you could see was her yellow legs moving about, so I named her Yellow Legs.

The guy was trying to get her back, but he was always busy with work and he knew that we were keeping an eye on her. I was going to get some feed for her, but we believe something got her like a fox or coyote. There was a lot of feathers behind the fence. I bummed out about it, she was a pretty chicken. But that's how I got my username, I thought it was fitting.

You are welcome! They are doing good, Penny the puppy is losing her back puppy teeth. She has lose a lot of them today and has one that is getting really loose. I'm a little nervous because in the morning she going to the Vet to be spayed. Jill our oldest dog is doing great, last Wed she had an inner ear balance problem but that is clearing up on it's own. =D Sorry for the delay my internet went on me.
