A town about 20 minutes from us is underwater and evacuating.

We're on the road to Ohio and I'm seeing a LOT of flooding here in Georgia. It looked like there was a big pond surrounding this huge RV lot! It just barely missed them, luckily they were on higher ground. Where did all that water come from?
