It only happens when I don't eat like lunch or breakfast and then do a lot of manual labor.

Ah. I get horrible and unusual stomach aches when I don't eat and then do something like dance

Yeah, if I don't eat then that can happen to me too. But, most of the time I get fainty because of my health.

At the beginning of the year I was stressed about life and starved myself. Then my body did a whole lot of really weird, painful things so now I have to eat breakfast

I don't eat breakfast a lot and then I feel dizzy and get a horrible headache if I do manual labor. (I get headaches a lot but they're not as bad as when I don't eat breakfast.)
