You should get some drawing pencils and paper, they can have a really big impact on your sketches

x2! I've got some Faber-Castell drawing pencils and they work wonderfully, and I've got some sketch pads from Joann Fabric & Crafts.

Since everyone's posting their art, he's a random handful of mine. I use mostly graphite pencils or colored pencils, and I suck at drawing animals and have a weird obsession with drawing eyes.
