Well it turns out that Belle didn't die. It was Pickle. I'm just trying to imagine the terror that Pickle must have felt before she died. R.I.P Pickle. You weren't with us long but you had a special way of making us happy. Pickle is on the left.

I'm so sorry chicken4prez!! 3 out of 4 of my hen Roxy's flock mates were killed by an animal, and all of my hen Ruby's flock mates were killed by an animal, two of which were killed in a night attack that left only her alive.
