My D'uccle, Lightning, just went broody today. I've been waiting for a broody FOR MONTHS!!!! I have 5 different people who want mixed-breed bantams this spring.
I'm going to keep her on a probationary period before I actually let her on some eggs because she's still a flighty pullet.....

Yup. Awesome!!! Yeah, I made my duck set three days before I gave her eggs.

Yep! These are my favorites. Daphne (dappled) and Heidi. Whats really interesting is that they both have twins, a boy and a girl but the boys are solid red or black while the girls are spotted.

I saw Daphne before and I thought she looked nice! She has pretty good structure! Heidi is very cute!

Mom just ordered almost a hundred chicks. I swear I had nothing to do with it.
