Why we pluck... we need the skin in the rotisserie! :drool

First time using the plucker…..not completely convinced yet that it’s worth it for the few we do
I cut the head off and slice the leg joints or my plucker gets stuck. I got my plucker from Hatch Time, the tub is made of a thick durable plastic and the motor is tiny compared to similar priced ones.

I got to do 6 dark cornish/breese cross cockerels this week end, they just started to crow. I hate catching them..............
