I would agree that 1 and 2 are probably Cuckoo Marans because they appear to have white skin and not the yellow that a Barred Rock would have. The hen may have a full spur rather than just a bud.... hens can develop them too.

Well, I'm just saying, it's most likely a Maran, because the legs are white, not yellow, like a BR, or something. It also makes a difference where you are located. Again, sorry to discourage!
