My 13 wk roo is a PIG !

I have a polish roo that eats more then I have ever seen. He is ALWAYS at the feeder, but when I throw scraps out he never eats them.

We'll there IS HOPE. Thanks for your examples. I sure have been worried. Now I'll settle back and enjoy his adolescence.

What did I just say.

I love the SS roo Sioux. Great mid stream switch. and I sure am hopeful, roo Henry sounds like a keeper. I just love this chicken stuff ... Don't You ???

Sioux is the hardest to take in the morning. He seems to wake up in a "fowl" mood - when I open the door and all the chickens come bounding off the roost, he begins to chase all the young ones. He even tried with one of the hens this morning, but she reminded him she is still boss for now. I'm hoping he gets over this little personality glitch as he is much more lovable the rest of the day. Maybe he just needs a coffee.

Henry is cranky in the morning too! I leave him alone if he leaves me alone. If he runs at me then I swoop down and pick him up. He doesn't like that so he is usually a good boy in the mornings now.
