Oh I'm in Love, haven't took my eyes off them , 5 days old now and bought a glass tank for them today and they Love it 😍
at what age can I tell if they're male or female, can I still keep them together?
they're on game starter now , is there anything else I can give them ?
The feather duster was probably the best idea ever , I put a small square of soft teddy fleece under it and they just love disappearing into it and sleeping 🥰
I have a video of one hatching if anyone has WhatsApp I could send it to because I cant post videos here just photos for some reason 🙈😁 What set ups do yous have to keep them in your house ?
🥰🥰🥰💛🐣💛🐣💛🐣💛🐣
Thanks for all the advice on here through the last couple of weeks 🙏

You might be able to start telling their gender as early as 3 weeks, depending on their patterns. Some take longer, depending on how good you are at knowing what the feather patterns are and vent sexing if they're not feather sexable.

As long as they have enough space, they should be fine together as adults. Keep an eye on them since each bird has their own personality and some are jerks while others are great.

It works fine so far the buttons use it and are happy but my coturnix anubis just really loves it XD, also i heard if olay sand gets wet they eat it they get stuck ?
It's not so much that they get stuck, but if it clumps in the crop, it might cause digestive problems. It might be okay, but I'd rather not take the chance.

I’ve had no problems with it, wet or dry. I do take it away from the snow angels when they have young chicks, but after they’re 2 weeks old I give it back and they’re fine, honestly the biggest danger that it causes is Baldi constantly getting in and out of the box and landing on the chicks because she’s so graceful. Once they’re evasion stats get high enough, I return their sand haha.

Oh I think I,m emotionally attached to them all lol I literally sit for hours watching them , the minute they hear me they all jump up and run to where my hand is .
Best thing was the feathered duster untill I gave them some dried sand in an egg carton and put their 2 knitted chicks in it now they sprawl out and snuggle up together in it🥰
Oh they are sooo messy lol they just love to upend everything in sight lol
one strange thing I have noticed is the fact that they stop , take 2 steps back, squat and then poo 🙈 and one in particular runs over and tries to repeatedly do it in the water dish , whats that about? lol
