My Cayuga is laying

I have 3 Cayuga ducks, one is a drake. My question is, they have started laying eggs. Should I leave those eggs alone or not?

If you want babies yes, if not pick em up

For what purpose? Do you mean so they can hatch them? That is your personal choice as to whether you want more ducks. If you mean to encourage further laying, then by all means leave them but mark them so you can tell which have been hanging around for a bit....or swap them out as you get newer ones.

Only if you want to let her try and hatch some babies! If not, or if she isn't setting, I would pick them up so they don't spoil. Do you ever eat them?

Collect them. She is too young to go Broody yet. Collect eggs daily. Wait till summer to try letting her Brood. Not all Hens go Broody.
