The vent looks swollen kinda its not the bump meaning it's a boy. Like the vent is sticking out. What should I do?

It is hard to see anything in the pictures, but it sounds like a vent prolapse. It can be a birth defect, but it also can be a symptom of constipation and pasty butt. You should put some honey coconut oil, hydrocortisone cream, or hemorroid cream on it to help shrink it. Give some drops of olive oil, coconut oil, or mineral oil orally (about 1-2 ml) in food to help it soften the poop. Encourage the chick to drink plenty of water as well. These often will go away, but some chicks die, unfortunately. Here is another similar thread to read:

thank your for responding, also would normal honey work?
 
Yes, honey reduces swelling, as sugar plus a couple of drops of water, by osmotic pressure. It also keeps it lubricated, and is nontoxic.
