My chicken has a Bloody Bum and Lump. Need Help! PICS

My chicken has a Bloody Bum and a Lump type thing coming out. She likes to peck at it. She's only 5weeks old. Does anyone know what it is and how to fix it?

Update: I just checked her again and the lump seems to have gone inside her and her bum looks not as bad as it did. Maybe the bleeding was from her pecking at it. I have no clue what this is. Anyone know?
