Folks are going to want additional information about this chick so they can be more of help.
Where are you located? Besides staying hunched over like that, is that chick producing runny or bloody stools, breathing heavy, sneezing, etc? What antibiotics is she on? Is she the only chick like this?
The chick is sick, and she needs to be moved to a warm area. If you have other chicks, and you think moving her might stress her out, you can make a no-touch but-see pen, but you really want the bird in an enclosed area where feed and water are near, where she doesn't have to fight for resources. Try adding electrolytes to her water, or drip a drop of sugar water along her beak often to keep her hydrated. You can offer warm soupy feed, and mashed scrambled eggs as well.
A common illness with chicks that age is Coccidosisis, which often causes a hunched-over appearance, lethargy, blood stools. That might not be her problem, but for the heck of it to rule it out, you could try dripping a few drops of Corid along her beak.
