My chicken just layed and agg

My beautiful 20 week old ISA brown just laid an egg. None of them have layer except her. They all are about the same age. Should I change all their feed to layer instead of grower?

Hello and welcome to BYC!

Congrats on your first egg! Yes, now is the time to switch to a layer feed. And offer up some Oyster Shell on the side too, some hens need more calcium than what's in the feed. Put it in a small tub placed near the food or water.

Or you can just continue to feed grower(what protein percentage?),

Not completely sure. However, I gave the chickens egg shells and I’ll go out and get some layer feed tommorow
