Excellent progress everyone, I'm down 3 lbs as well so now I've lost 7 but I started before y'all.
If you're going to have a day that is not on your plan, whatever plan you're doing, it is best to plan it ahead of time and there should be NO GUILT. Don't feel bad or like you cheated, it's not productive.
Decide ahead of time if it's worth it. Know that your weightloss might slowdown, it could stop, you might even gain a pound or two. And if you are ok with the concequences than do it. You will have alot more self control on gameday, birthday, weddings, or any other occassion if you plan ahead of time what you are going to eat.
It also give you the time to plan the rest of your day. If you're going to be snacking mainly thru the game (for example) you could plan a light breakfast and dinner.
