At this age - nearly 2 years old - I don't recall seeing anything about niacin deficiency. Since it is a fairly benign substance, I don't think it would hurt to provide B vitamins for a few weeks - I know I take extra Bs when I am fighting off an illness.

I am so sorry! You're in TN? If so, TN offers free necropsies. I'll look for that info and post it in my next post.

Awful. I would put a teaspoon of food grade activated charcoal per pint of drinking water right now, leave that for them through today and tonight.

Thank you all for your help. Whatever it was my other ducks seem perfectly normal. I hope it stays that way. Is it safe to give the charcoal to the ones that are fine. I'll call the place here for the necropsy.
