My duckling’s eye looks sore

My little duckling looks to have a sore eye. I’m not sure if maybe she didn’t have deep enough water to clean her nose and eyes but I’ve given her a little bowl now.
Have anyone of you seen this before?

It looks like she has been unable to dunk her head in water for quite some time, now that you have provided a deep enough source that problem should resolve itself.

Might be a good idea to keep some Terramycin eye ointment on your med kit for something like this.
