My first egg

My white leghorn laid 2 egg yesterday but the shell was soft any one know why ? Is that normal for first time layer ?

Lesson learned...2 normal eggs today! I guess the first egg is just a test?

Just be glad they weren't soft boiled from the heat

Just make sure she gets proper food with some treats and oyster shells and she will be a happy layer.
