My first Runner duck hatch started today, just need a few pointers

My duck eggs were a little dirty when I put them in the incubator, as there are never any clean ones…my first duck hatched this morning, but the other 4 aren’t even pipping yet. Should I take the dirty broken egg out? Also, he‘s pushing himself all around the incubator rolling the other eggs around - will they be ok? I would really appreciate any feedback, thank you.
