My fridge runneth over

Oh, I do know how you are feeling. I am getting 2 dozen a day now..and already have 10 doz in the fridge. Looks like DH will be taking eggs to work Monday. Im not complaining tho...really..Im glad my girls are gearing up!

That recipe sounds yummy!

I want to use them, I made egg salad pitas today for lunch and I want to sell them, but I had little to no people interested even when I was offering them for free! So, I will donate them until or unless I get a good idea that people will buy them!

That's how it seemed things were going to be around here for awhile. My SO put a sign up at his work and nothing. Then a couple of weeks later one of the firefighters asked for 2 dozen...he bragged on them...so the Lt. asked for some and bragged and so on and so forth.
Now I have 5 regular customers that each buy 2 to 3 dozen at a time. Keep asking folks!

Bok Bok,

Hate to ask this but I was wondering...How do you price your eggs?

Thanks,
Wendy

my fridge is the emptiest it has been in months. I sold out of duck eggs today and have only one dozen large breed eggs and 2 dozen bantam eggs.

I am selling duck eggs.. $3/doz and chicken eggs $2/doz.
I made $18 this week. That is almost a month of feed.

yippee!!!

Did you know that if people are allergic to "eggs"
they can still eat "duck eggs"? it's true!

The ladies that buy my duck eggs are allergic to chicken eggs.
