Messing with them is fine up to a point. After that you are lowering your average incubation temperature and humidity, which can reduce your hatch rate.

I'd think you'd want to increase your chances of a healthy hatch, not reduce them.

I'm not actually going to candle today. I was kidding, sorry for the misunderstanding.... I'm leaving them until Day 14. It isn't that long for me to wait.

One lady is picking up 20 this evening, another person picking up the remaining 5 tomorrow. Will be sad to see them go, but I tell ya, they stink much worse than chicks or ducks.
