My hens are not laying!!!

For the last 4 months my hens have not been laying a single egg!

And they have repeated it about 3 times now. Some of them are moulting which I undertstand they do not lay when they molt but 8 of 20 hens that are not moulting with our 3 roosters all together are not laying. I feed them scratch, layena, fruits, veggies and crushed oystershell. Is there anything else that I have to do?

Are they free ranging or in a pen? Moulting, heat, stress etc affects laying. Chickens are just weird about stuff like that. You can't just point at them and say LAY! (That would be so nice !)If they are free ranging they are laying somewhere you just can't find the eggs. When we had severe heat and rain our egg numbers dropped significantly. I have had them lay in flower pots, under the tractor seat, goat barn, under the front steps, etc etc. Good luck.

Layer feed is layena. You can see that in my post.

But since school is starting again I might let them out once a week. I have checked all over for nest when they free roam but nothing. When they are in their run they do have and egg box where they have 3 places to lay in egg box. Do you have any other questions for me southerngirl?

I think from some of your other posts you've been haivng some sick birds. Some illnesses can cause them to quit laying.
